La synthèse de nouvelles nitrilimines stables est présentée. Une approche de rationalisation des facteurs stabilisateurs de ces dipôles, lies a la nature des substituants phosphores et silyles est également abordée. Les cycloadditions dipolaires-1,3 entre nitrilimines et dipolarophiles permettent d’étudier les problèmes de stéréo- et de stéréosélectivité. Quelques exemples d'additions-1,3 sont également rapportes. Nous aborderons enfin un exemple de réactivité des dérivés diazoïques et de leurs isomères nitrilimines a la peripherie de ces fonctions. La dernière partie de ce travail présente une étude photochimique de ces deux isomères (1 et 2). Le réarrangement nitrilimine-carbodiimide est clairement établi. Plus intéressante est la synthèse du premier phosphinidène cationique et de son produit de cyclisation: premier ion diphosphirenium." "The work of this thesis focuses on the chemistry of nitrilimines 1 and their diazo derivatives 2, families of compounds with very broad synthetic potential. 1: -c=n=n-; 2:c=n#2. The synthesis of new stable nitrilimines is presented. A rationalization approach of the stabilizing factors of these dipoles, linked to the nature of the phosphorus and silyl substituents is also discussed. The 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions between nitrilimines and dipolarophiles allow to study the problems of stereo- and stereoselectivity. Some examples of 1,3-additions are also reported. We will finally discuss an example of reactivity of diazo derivatives and their nitrilimine isomers at the periphery of these functions. The last part of this work presents a photochemical study of these two isomers (1 and 2). The nitrilimine-carbodiimide rearrangement is clearly established. More interesting is the synthesis of the first cationic phosphinidene and its cyclization product: first diphosphirenium ion."
