Résumé : |
"The present volume is simply a literature survey. We have not attempted to give an heuristic "introduction" to boron NMR, nor have we provided critical commentary on all of the data we included, nor have we contributed a reformulation of the theory of 11B chemical shifts. 11B chemical shifts are simply not understood yet ; a general theory probably awaits a self-consistent-field treatment of the molecules (among other approaches. We hope this literature survey will be useful to those who are searching for an explanation of 11B chemical shifts as well as those who use NMR as a tool in studying boron chemistry." |
