Specific attention is devoted to catalysts containing imine- and amine-based ligands.
All the chapters in this book have been designed to provide a systematic account of the vast amount of information available for this type of catalyst as well as to highlight the factors that ultimately control the catalyst’s performance and productivity. A comprehensive panorama of catalyst precursors is presented, spanning from group 10 ?-diimine complexes and iron and cobalt 2,6-bis(imino)pyridine derivatives, to vanadium, chromium, titanium, zirconium and lanthanide complexes supported by nitrogen-containing ligands. The authors of this collective work are currently involved in the development of imine-based catalysts for efficient and selective olefin upgrading and the majority of them have dedicated most of their scientific career to this important field. In writing this book, their major goal is to transfer as many ideas and experiences as possible to the global audience of scientists engaged in this area of research."Cote : B-E046 (SdS) Num_Inv : 3133 Olefin Upgrading Catalysis by Nitrogen-based Metal Complexes I : State-of-the-art and Perspectives [texte imprimé] / Juan Campora, Éditeur scientifique ; Giuliano Giambastiani, Éditeur scientifique . - Dordrecht : Springer, 2011 . - xii, 287p. : ill. ; 24 cm. - (Catalysis by Metal Complexes, ISSN 0920-4652; 35) .

* Asymmetric synthesis of chiral sulfinates and sulfoxides
* Synthesis and use of chiral dithioacetal derivatives, ylids, chiral sulfoximines and sulfinamides
* Use of chiral sulfoxides as ligands in catalysis
* Asymmetric reactions of alpha-sulfenyl, alpha-sulfinyl and alpha-sulfonyl carbanions.
As a result, readers will be able to improve their own performance in asymmetric synthesis."Cote : B-E031 (SdS) Num_Inv : 2895 Organosulfur chemistry in asymmetric synthesis [texte imprimé] / Takeshi Toru, Éditeur scientifique ; Carsten Bolm, Éditeur scientifique . - Chichester : Wiley, 2008 . - xvi, 432 p. ; 25 cm.

ISBN/ISSN/EAN : 978-3-527-33688-3 Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Catalyse Tags : NUCLEOPHILIC REACTIONS CHEMICAL REACTIONS OXIDATION Index. décimale : B-E Résumé : "The first handbook on this emerging field provides a comprehensive overview of transition metal-catalyzed coupling reactions in the presence of an oxidant. Following an introduction to the general concept and mechanism of this reaction class, the team of authors presents chapters on C-C cross-coupling reactions using organometallic partners, C-Heteroatom bond forming reactions via oxidative couplings, and C-H couplings via C-H activation. The text also covers such groundbreaking topics as recent achievements in the fields of C-C and C-X bond formation reactions as well as C-H activation involving oxidative couplings.
With its novel and concise approach towards important building blocks in organic chemistry and its focus on synthetic applications, this handbook is of great interest to all synthetic chemists in academia and industry alike."Cote : B-E075 (SdS) Num_Inv : 3441 Oxidative cross-coupling reactions [texte imprimé] / Aiwen Lei ; Wei Shi ; Chao Liu ; Wei Liu ; Hua Zhang ; Chuan He . - Weinheim : Wiley-VCH, 2017 . - ix, 229 p.
